A Self-Service Concept
In Veinticinco20h, our Master Suites are designed as a self-service concept which offer essential elements and experiences. Therefore, we do not have a front desk or a concierge. Our rooms are distributed into four spaces, offering personalized and selected destinations of high design, carefully filled with amenities that allow an easy operation. Part of the experience at our destination is to interact with the interior of our rooms and the daily life that invites you to immerse into the neighborhood’s culture. Each room is equipped with areas that expect to be experienced, so once you are here, go on and plan to enjoy them.If you have any questions or if you need help in any way, a member of our staff will be ready to assist you during your stay.
Reservations and Cancellations
An advanced payment of at least 50% with credit card or through bank transfer is required when the reservation is made. A valid credit card will be requested to guarantee and confirm the reservation. All reservations at Veinticinco20h are non-refundable. If you cannot make it according to the dates of your initial reservation, we offer you the option of rescheduling your stay dates according to availability. A second cancellation cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations, without exceptions, must be prepaid at least by 50% and are NOT refundable. They do allow the guest to change the reservation date once, according to availability. A second cancellation cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Room Availability
Rooms must be in the same state and conditions in which they were received at check in. Veinticinco20h reserves the right to charge the total cost of any damage made during your stay.
Early check in or late check out can be requested once your reservation is made. Price is defined according to the number of hours requested. Veinticinco20h reserves the right to decline requests depending on availability.
Pets
No pets allowed.
Smoking
The Master Suites at Veinticinco20h are non-smoking properties (including electronic cigarettes) and every room is designated as so. A 500USD fee per day will be charged in case any evidence of smoking is found inside any part of any of the suites.
